Apprenticeships are becoming increasingly popular in an age where University is becoming more and more expensive with no guaranteed job at the end of graduation. With an apprenticeship, you are paid a wage like a regular job and will receive “On-Job” training.
You will be allocated a tutor who will take you through your apprenticeship and visit you at your work place at least once a month. At the end of the 12 months, you will have successfully completed your apprenticeship with the likelihood of an increased pay rise and the beginning of a long term career.
- Earn a salary
- Getting paid holidays
- Gaining a qualification
- Long-term career
What is an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to earn money while you learn. As an apprentice you will receive on the job training and support to develop the skills you need to succeed in your chosen industry. Unlike with academic courses at university or college, an Apprenticeship allows you to achieve nationally recognised qualifications at your place of work. You will be assigned to a dedicated Trainer Assessor who will visit you to observe your work and give you advice on how to get the most from your Apprenticeship.
Just like a normal employee, you will be paid for both time spent training and time spent ‘on the job’, as well as receive holiday entitlement from your employer.
Trafford Training Provider is one of the leading Apprenticeship providers and offer a full range of Apprenticeship programs.
